2005 Suzuki Every Joy Pop Turbo 660cc turbo from Singapore

Summary:

Cute white automatic mobile fridge with steering

Faults:

Slight whine from the aircon. Just knock it with your hand and it stops.

Central locking not working.

General Comments:

Cute white automatic minivan.

Singapore's cheapest new vehicle at $19,800 for an automatic Japanese refurbished mini-van.

Seriously slow... But driveable.

Cutesy Japanese taxi Ding Ding chime above 70kph.

Ice cold aircon.

Spacious rear for children - no rear seat - since technically a van. 8 Ikea cushions plus an IKEA carpet - makes it cosy in the back.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Whine on the aircon - required a new blower.

20 minutes work and $190 to the aircon man for the spare part and labour charge.

Van works perfectly now!!

I love the name! Do we lose anything in translation, or do the Japanese enjoy random English? Anyhow, I would drive an Every if the closest weren't 3000 km away.

This Suzuki Every of mine is love at first sight. I then started my journey to enhance the looks, both interior and exterior. I even bought a Suzuki EVERY issue magazine about the Japanese modification hobby. It definitely gives me good fuel consumption, 18km/l on slow and relaxed drives. Surprisingly, I carried 11 adults on board. Yes, laggy when moving off. But able to sustain long distance.
