FAs' as always attentive, with personality as well. Nice brief chats with Slovak and Japanese FAs despite their multitude of duties. As usual my children well-looked after with free backpack full of games etc. Ticket agents not always on the ball though, and again found myself initially sitting in a different seat despite early booking, and requests for seats in the front of the cabin where there is a baby harness again not acknowledged. in the air the airline fully deserves the 5-star rating by Skytrax though. | ||
