First time flier with this airline as I was unable to get my one of choice and was relatively impressed with the experience in the air. Cabin crew were good and friendly and service prompt and efficient. Plane was clean and there was enough room to be comfortable. Information from the flight deck was good. This was the case both directions.

However the performance of the ground crew was atrocious. I was to collect my ticket at Dublin Airport and reported (as instructed) to check in 2 hours early. No rep from the airline. Check in started and went for nearly an hour before he showed up. This made time through Departures tight - eased though when the plane was delayed!! On the return leg from Lisbon it was worse. The were two check in desks for all Air Luxor flight to anywhere - confusion reigned and people (like me) whose flight was getting close due to the queue length started to sweat Again once on the plane all was very good.
