Taken January 2001 from Barcelona to Tenerife

OK, Air Europa is cheaper than flying Iberia within Spain... But when it comes to comfort, in flight service, check in staff and so on, just compare to Iberia and you'll think the Spanish flag carrier is like Sinagapore Airlines...

I won't argue the delays, the food, or the F.A. attitudes or the inflight entertainment. But just to let you know that on both flights I especially asked for a window seat and for the FIRST TIME in my life - and even though the seat was placed by where the window was meant to be - THERE WERE NO WINDOWS WHATSOEVER. The non existing seat pitch leads you to a seat AMONG two windows... Just great.
