Home > Lan Chile > ReviewTaken January 2005 from Buenos Aires (Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza/Ministro Pistarini) - EZE to Santiago de Chile (Aeropuerto Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez) - SCLPlanes: A320-200 for both flights (CC-COD both) Seats: with adjustable headrest, but the pitch is not very good (just below the required space to be truly comfortable). Crew: OK. Not too bad, not too good. Meals: In the morning flight a good breakfast was served, with a hot sandwich, coffee and other beverages. But in the return flight the dinner was not OK: the meat (with rice and vegetables) was undercooked. In flight entertainment: a good magazine ("In") and short TV programs in the screens. Very good music channels. Punctuality: the return flight left the gate with a 30 minutes delay (we have to wait for the plain which was coming from other destination; this is turning common in LAN). Cabin: not the cleanest (the time to the clean up was tight) and some blankets were "recycled" from the previous flight. Conclusion: just a couple more of flights with LAN, a good airline, but with increasing details to improve. MEM. | ||
