Good Points.

We found to flight overall to be quite good, I felt I had more legroom than on previous flights, a nine hour flight cannot be very comfortable when confined to any seat!! Flight meal was okay, but nothing too special, I have has better and worse!! Cabin crew and flight deck crew were great! very informative! and helpful.

Bad Points...

There are however some bad points, on our outbound flight we were delayed by 5 hours!!! due to technical problems. The staff in the Airport were useless! however we did get £5 each to spend on the flight, which came in very usful as we did not pay for anything during the flight!! The cabin crew were great regarding the delay. Also the entertainment system on the outbound journey had a gremlin which could not be fixed!! However the inbound flight home was great and went with no problems!!!

Overall the flight was okay considering the money we paid for our holiday. We are booked to go to Florida again with MyTravel in April so I can write again in comparision.
