Home > Air Canada > 2001 > ReviewTaken February 2001 from Toronto to New York La GuardiaOutbound flight was great - spot on time with friendly staff. Only disappointment was the breakfast which consisted of just bagel and cream cheese - pathetic for a Business class flight of over 1 hour. Air Canada should take a look at what European airlines provide for a similar flight. Return flight was a disaster. Boarding was on time, but once on board we were told there would be a delay due to strong NW wind and only one runway being used. This delay turned out to be 3 hours as we joined the back of a line up around the perimiter of the airport of 35 planes waiting to take off. Apparently delays of this kind are common at La Guardia - if you have a choice, avoid La Guardia at all costs and use Newark (or JFK). The flight itself was fine. | ||
