Home > British Airways > 2005 > ReviewTaken January 2005 from Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MAN to New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFKFlew on Boeing 767-300 G-BNWH, which in my opinion is a nice smooth aircraft and is very quiet. However it does need new seats as the seats onboard were quite hard and not really suitable for long haul routes, and again entertainment isn't good too, music is poor repeating same albums over and over again and there is no personal video screen which most of the trans atlantic BA fleet have fitted. Apart from from that cabin crew were fantastic and very friendly and helpful, food was brilliant (much better than charter airlines food) and the plane was only 1/3rd full meaning I could have the entire middle row to myself so I could sit down and sleep. Overall nice airline and staff, but maybe the plane should be refurbished or put on European routes. | ||
