Taken February 2005 from Porto (Oporto) (Francisco Sa Carneiro (Pedras Rubras)) - OPO to London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR

My return flight from Porto to London was almost a complete contrast to the outward bound journey!

The check-in staff in Porto were far more efficient than their London based colleagues and also far more polite.

Although the flight was delayed and no announcements were made in Porto air port the cabin crew made up for things and the captain explained the cause of the delay.

On this flight TAP showed a safety video in both Portuguese and English.

The cabin crew wre friendly and efficient and the catering was good. So much better than my outbound flight!!

This is not a cheap flight and I think that TAP to be fair can come up with the goods and need to maintain their efforts with low cost rivals on this route.
