Taken February 2005 from Singapore (Changi International Airport) - SIN to Frankfurt (Rhein-Main) - FRA

The plane was an older 747-400 packed to capacity. There was an one-hour delay at Changi, but some of it was made-up en route.

Seat pitch inadequate for the 12.5 hr flight. Food barely passable. Good choice of drinks and continuous rounds with water or juice during the night for the non-sleeping passengers.

Flight attendants well groomed and polite. Flight entertainment system OK, but personal screens would make time pass faster.

An exceptionally smooth landing at Frankfurt.
