(Piarco) - POS to Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MANVery good service on both the MAN and LHR routes to the Caribbean. Flight from Man to POS was canceled, but the airline notified me 12hours in advance. Though it was still an inconvenience flight cancellations do occur and they had the decency to notify me in due time. Flight down left spot on time. Flight attendants very friendly. Meals on par or even slightly better than other carries. Seat pitch quite good, though slightly less on the return leg. POS-MAN left 30mins late, but arrived 15mins early. Again very good in-flight service. Captains on both sectors were very informative. On the return I noticed a toilet was not flushing so I told a FA who knew about the problem. After our short stop in Barbados she came back to me and told me it was fixed. I was very impressed! The Manchester service is a great welcome and I no longer have to make my three hour journey down to London usually the night before. I will use BWIA in the future and I look forward to my next flight in March. I honestly don't think that BWIA is any worse than other major carriers. | ||
