I have been dreading this flight, Venice, Frankfurt, Seoul, for a few months as this is the longest flight I have ever been on. On board service was normal (from bad to OK) for Lufthansa, & the toilets were dirty and the lack of personal TV monitors made this flight difficult. Lufthansa stated nearly 2 years ago that they would be installing personal entertainment systems, when is this going to happen? This will be the time I fly Lufthansa, why should I spend (well the company I work for) good money for poor service? | ||
