Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to Vancouver, BC (Vancouver International Airport) - YVRWhen we checked in at 2pm at Pearson we were informed that we could not check our bags because we were too early. So we had to drag all luggage and skis around the airport and keep an eye on it for 4 hours. Flight out of Toronto to Vancouver was delayed from 4pm to 7:30. No real explanation was given. Staff at Pearson seemed to not really no what was going on. They did not seem professional and could not answer many questions. At first they told me I would be charged for my ski bag however I told them policy was to allow 2 checked bags plus a ski bag. Flight attendents acted like it was their first day. They struggled to make announcements in English. And were literally running down the isles at times. Flight home was delayed by 1 hr at the Vancouver airport due to ticketing issues. Staff in Vancouver were much more professional both in the airport and on the flight. Ended up getting home about 1.5 hours later than scheduled. flight was $325 return which was a reasonable price for the service. I would not fly Jets go again unless it saved me $200 - $300 off of fare prices from West Jet or Air Canada. | ||
