Taken March 2005 from London, ON (London Airport) - YXU to La Habana (Havana) (Aeropuerto Internacional Jose Marti) - HAV
Overall my flights were okay. Although delayed both ways generally they were what I expected from a discount airline. My problem with Jetsgo arises from the fact that my luggage was pilfered and items were stolen. I understand that this can happen, however the real nightmare began when I tried to contact them to report this and complete the process required for my travel insurance to cover my loss. I have tried to use the online submit a question option three times and received no response, I have called and waited on hold for 35min, 45min, 2hr, 30min, 25min, 45min and one call to the administration number that resulted in nothing. I have emailed to service@jetsgo.net and info@jetsgo.net as well as faxed a letter to customer service at the number provided on jetsgo.net. All of these attempts have taken up a large amount of my time and I still have yet to speak with anyone. I guess my last option will be to drive to the airport and present myself to the agent at the counter. I will NEVER fly on jetsgo again! |
