Home > British Airways > 2001 > ReviewTaken February 2001 from London Gatwick to AberdeenOur flight into Gatwick was delayed and the connecting flight to Aberdeen was also delayed by one hour. The aircraft, a 737-300, was late inbound from Lyons and as a result, the 'plane was refuelled but not cleaned or serviced: there were no new drinks loaded and no food. Bearing in mind that this was a full flight (there wasn't a free seat anywhere), it turned out to be quite an uncomfortable flight and the toilets smelled. The aircraft itself was in great condition and had lovely leather seats, but the tatty, uncleaned atmosphere wasn't nice. | ||
