The interior of the aircraft was great with video screens detailing where we were etc. - nice touch for such a short flight. Lunch was a cold chicken salad which was served swiftly. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. No delays (despite very heavy snow) in Aberdeen and early into Heathrow - not a regular occurence. Well done, BA! | ||
