Taken February 2005 from Birmingham, England - BHX to Praha (Prague) (Ruzyne) - PRG

We boarded the Boeing 737 and were pleasantly greeted by the purser and the crew situated throughout the cabin. Our seats were easy too find and the flight left on time and with a couple of spare seats dotted around. After a windy take off we were served with a complimentary drink.

Following this our meals was served which was very tasty.. it was a local dish served with chicken and rice in a sauce a little similar to sweet and sour. On the return service the food was exactly the same except the chicken was served with pasta, but again very tasty. Plus offered a second bread roll!

On the return service we arrived at the airport not knowing if our 2120 departure was operating. The airport had been closed until 1500 hours due to snow and many flights from earlier in the day did not depart or delayed significantly. No information was on screen until 2015 and that was to check in, however the airport queue's were huge and had around six different flights checking in at the same desks. We immediately proceeded to the aircraft after waiting for an hour to check in, even though the info screens displayed a message that we would here the departure time and details of the flight around 2200hrs.

The boarding gate was on the screen as we passed through passport control therefore promptly arrived at the aircraft and seated ourselves in the separate seats allocated. The flight was completely full and needed to be de iced before departing. Only an hour and a half delay however the overseas airport were not very informative what so ever! Again the return flight was brilliant however the sales service came round before landing which had stocks of local liquors and L&M cigarettes only.

Overall a brilliant experience in Prague and excellent flights.
