Taken January 2005 from Sevilla (San Pablo) - SVQ to London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR

I found Iberia Airline to have a consistently rude, often aggressive, attitude towards customers. Staff seemed unprofessional, poorly trained and lazy. Their customer service representative became aggressive and began shouting at me. Totally unaccceptable treatment of customers. In future I will definitely avoid Iberia Airline.

Why other OneWorld airlines associate their name with this company is a puzzle.
