Staff seemed unprofessional, poorly trained and lazy. Their customer service representative became aggressive and began shouting at me. Totally unaccceptable treatment of customers. In future I will definitely avoid Iberia Airline. Why other OneWorld airlines associate their name with this company is a puzzle. | ||
