Taken March 2005 from Orlando, FL (Orlando International Airport) - MCO to New Orleans, LA (New Orleans International Airport (Moisant Field)) - MSY

To date, this seems to be the roomiest economy class ride I have ever experienced, and was so comfortable that it negates my perennial complaint about the stampede that sometimes accompanies Southwest's boarding process. For the return segment, we got to New Orleans airport so far ahead of schedule that the gate agent cheerfully and without hesitation put us on an earlier flight back to Orlando. Drink and snack service were comparable to that of any major airline for flights of similar duration. Not that Southwest (in my opinion) isn't already a "major" airline, at least domestically.
