Jets-go - No go.

This airline was not a pleasant air line to fly with. I am not a person who flies a lot there for Jets-go made it seem like it was the worst experience I've ever had so far. We were delayed twice. Once in the morning from 7am to 11am, but they did call the night ahead to warn us. Then once we arrived in Toronto we waited the 4 hours we were told we would wait, but to learn 4 hours later that we were delayed another 4 hours. Their reason for delay was there were problems with the air craft, but they fixed the problem and we will be getting on that plane once it arrives. I noticed for all the delays they were offering a lot of money off on our next flight with Jets-go. I see now why they did care they went under and knew they were going under a long time ago. The way the treated their employees is not even describable and to top it all off I had to buy new tickets to get back home because of jetsgo.
