OK, Egyptair brings you from A to B without any major incident, but anyhow I can't recommend this airline for trips between Europe and Egypt. Any major European airline does this job much better.

The flight was delayed 30 minutes at departure; the seat pitch in economy class is ridiculous for a tall person like I am, it was very very uncomfortable. The service is bad, they feed you like cattle without any smile from the male flight attendants. No beer or wine served only poor soft drinks.

My luggage did not arrive in Cairo with my flight and the way Egyptair handled this problem was very unprofessional. In the baggage-claim area in Cairo I had to wait half an hour until finding a person who attended me, no one from Egyptair felt responsible and everybody was lying at me. I had to come back to the airport the next day and getting my luggage out of the airport was a complete nightmare and a total hassle. I had to wait two hours, was sent from here to there, had to do useless paperwork and had to pass about ten checkpoints. I had to pick up my luggage from a hidden cellar room.

All in all not a pleasant experience and I will never again travel with Egyptair. Try to avoid this airline.
