Taken February 2005 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Dublin - DUB

I was on time for check-in and the queue was horrific it took about forty-five minutes, not because the queue was long, but for the check-in staff were so slow.

The second disaster was getting our seats it was like feeding time at the zoo.

Take-off was fine and the pilot was very informative on any kind of information he could give us.

The flight attendants were rude and were not concentrating on looking after the passengers and helping us in any way.

We arrived in Dublin a few minutes late, but that did not bother me. Receiving our luggage was like drawing blood from a stone, finally we received it after a heated discussion with ground staff. Ryanair were either unwilling or unable to help us and it was only after intervention from Aer Rianta that the issue was resolved.

All in all it was a terrible experience on what I'd heard was a great airline.
