Home > LOT Polish Airlines > ReviewTaken December 2004 from Krakow (Balice) - KRK to Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion) - TLVThe plane was very old (still had those little ash trays in the arm rests - I don't remember seeing those since the early 1990s!), and seats were very worn. Seats were very small and squashed. My kosher meal (I think it had been made in Antwerp) was of EXTREMELY poor quality - ever other kosher meal I've had (Qantas, Swiss-Air, BA) has been fine. Staff weren't overly friendly. They served meals and drinks at scheduled times, but (despite asking 2 or 3 times) never received the water I asked for at an unscheduled time. Take-off was fine, but landing in Tel Aviv was quite bumpy from what I remember. | ||
