Taken July 2004 from Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA to Sanford, FL (Central Florida Regional Airport) - SFB
Booked with Travel City Direct to take my family to Orlando. The aircraft was dirty, old, had broken seats not to mention the very poor entertainment system. The crew were rude and did not appear interested in the passengers. When you pay over 800 pounds for a charter flight you expect an excellent service. What angered me even more was the I was charged over two thousand pounds more for the privilege of flying from Glasgow rather than going south, even though the distance is areound 1,000 miles less. Travel City Direct... never again. I will fly scheduled, as its cheaper. |
