Taken March 2005 from Los Cabos (San Jose del Cabo) - SJD to Phoenix, AZ (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) - PHX

I really enjoy America West and I think that they are a serious airline. I booked a flight to mexico with them mainly because they were the only one with the flight for me and were cheap.

The flight to mexico was operated by their regional airline which was actualy better than the America West flight. The 737 we took on the way back was at least 10 to 15 years old because it didn't even have air conditioning or music. We were served a pretzel and only a cup not a whole can of beavarage.

For a 2 hour flight there has to be better service and the airplanes have to be remodeled inside. The 45 minute flight that we took from phoenix to san diego had a plane that had TV and Radio, but our 2 hour flight didn't, how does that work?

I realized that AWA needs to have a better internatinal service and I will probably fly with thier regional airline next time I fly International with America West. However I will fly America West again in the States.
