Very good check in arrangements at Gatwick. Inflight entertainment and food good.

Badly let down by very cramped seating. The flight is 3-4 hours, I am not over tall - 5ft 7ins, but I could not sit with my legs comfortabley positioned and the flight became an interminable agony. I definitely would not fly with them again because of this, which is a shame because for everything else they were very good.
