Both flights were extremely punctual and service from the inflight crew was excellent. Seats in economy were a bit cramped, but just about OK for me (I'm 5'10" and stuck my legs out into the aisle). The service from BA groundstaff was superb in Phoenix, but very slow in Heathrow. The worst thing about the flights was negotiating Heathrow Airport, it takes a ridiculous length of time to reach Terminal 4 when using the Hotel Hoppa service, and why is the whole airport so filthy? | ||
