Home > KLM Cityhopper > ReviewTaken March 2005 from Norwich - NWI to Amsterdam (Schiphol) - AMSOutward flight departed on time and good to see that once again they are using a FK70. Service was a orange juice and biscuit served within minutes of take off, although to be fair the flight is only 30 minutes. Landed on 18R at AMS which means a 15 min taxi to the terminal, although we arrived at terminal ahead of schedule!! Return flight was 1 hour late, same level of service. Cityhopper are OK, but the service is poor compared to years gone by when Air Anglia and then Air UK operated this route. | ||
