Generally very good.

Space was adequate on the new, comfortable and very clean Airbus 321.

Service was very pleasant, the cabin crew smiled a lot and seemed to enjoy their job. It's a nice touch to be able to pre-book your choice of meal, and the food itself was good.

Inflight entertaiment was excellent, with LCD "drop down" screens, which gave excellent picture & sound quality.

Of the three charter flights I have taken over the past year or so (others being Air 2000 and Britannia), Airtours are by some margin the best. It is a shame that they seem to suffer from more delays than average.
