Taken April 2005 from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport) - DFW to Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City) (Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez) - MEX

Very service oriented airline. I have flown Aeromexico several times--mostly on the DFW to MEX route and I find it the most on-time and service oriented airline I have ever flown. On my recent flight from DFW-MEX and back, we landed on time and on the return we landed 15 minutes early. Amazingly, I was able to even get through customs quickly as well. You get Delta frequent flyer miles with Aeromexico which is nice. This flight codeshares with Delta and, in the past, I have always found that it was cheaper to get an Aeromexico ticket than it was to get a Delta ticket. This time it was significantly cheaper to get a Delta ticket.

Since Delta has moved so many flights from DFW, the terminal for Delta-Aeromexico flights is almost empty and customs is not nearly as crowded as it is for American Airlines at DFW.

I consider Aeromexico better in customer service than any U.S. carrier.
