Home > CSA Czech Airlines > ReviewTaken April 2005 from Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA to Istanbul (Ataturk/Yesilkov International Airport) - ISTAll flights on time or even early. Cabin crew very polite and friendly though they tend to disappear after the meal service which begins shortly after take off on all flights. Meals to an acceptable standard.. nice not to get the usual dry roll which is the norm within Europe nowadays. However this is my third trip with CSA on this route and I have yet to be offered a second cup of tea/coffee on any CSA flight and I've had 12 to date!! Seems the crew just want to get the meal service over quickly so they can relax. No problems there as its on just over 2 hours on each sector and it seems to be the norm nowadays -but at least when they're in he cabin CSA crew are friendly and polite. Seat pitch is OK In fact I found both the B737 400s and 500s very comfortable. For the price of £200 CSA are by far the best buy and offer the best service from Scotland to Istanbul. I'm ex Airline staff (30 years in the business) and of the old school( when customer service mattered as well as price) so maybe I'm a bit over critical. That said I'll certanly be using CSA often in the future | ||
