Seats were broken, mine was uneven necessitating sitting on one cheek and was uncomfortable, the seat in front had a broken back rest and every time the passenger lent back my knees took a battering.

The seat pitch was extremely small, my knees were pressed tightly up against the seat in front where two formed steel bars embedded themselves into the outside of both knees causing even more pain (I'm 5'10"). We queried the seat pitch size with the stewardess who did not know.

The aircraft are showing their age in all respects. No in-flight entertainment on the return journey as the equipment had broken down.

Flight staff worked hard and efficiently.
