Home > First Choice Airways > 2005 > ReviewTaken April 2005 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Tenerife, SouthOur flight from the United States on Continental Airlines was over and hour late arriving at Gatwick Airport. I found very little help from airport employees, and poor signage directions added to my problems. Upon arriving at First Choice five minutes before take off, they had locked up the plane and refused us boarding. However their customer service supervisor went beyond servicing us and getting my family on their next fight. He told us to go get something to drink and come back in a half hour. During that time he did all the paper and leg work for my family and booked us on the next flight at no cost to us. Upon boarding the 757 aircraft, I found it to be clean and very bright inside. The seats were the most comfortable I had sat in for the last eight years. The flight was not full and the flight attendants offered us the opportunity to spread out in the aircraft. The attendant offered me the emergency exit seat because I was tall, THANK YOU. I found the meal to be excellent in quality and taste. I have to say nice job to First Choice. The flight left and arrived on time. | ||
