Taken January 2005 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Osaka (Itami Airport) - ITM
I was really impressed with Japan Airlines. The service was superb. I had to change plains in Tokyo before returning to New York and since I had very little time in between, Japan Airlines had a person wait for me at the terminal and escort me personally to my next flight. Note that this was the inititive of the Airline. I did not even mention that I was concerned about reaching my next flight. Furthermore, the entertainment was top of the line featuring personal televisions with remote controls, and my favorite feature complete control over choosing, starting, pausing, and stopping the movies; it really makes a difference. I recommend Japan Airlines to all. |
