Taken January 2005 from Sydney, New South Wales (Kingsford Smith) - SYD to Buenos Aires (Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza/Ministro Pistarini) - EZE
I had only been on a few flights before this one, and I must say that domestic planes had larger and more comfortable seats than the A340 Airbus. The most annoying thing was an extra headrest that was attached to the seat and could not be removed. Some of the hosts and hostesses were quite courteous and very happy to help, but the other half did not want to know you. I was very unpleased with the service overall. The return trip was better because by then I could understand a little Spanish, but before that it was extremely frustrating to know what they were saying. The airline administration itself is pathetic. I had reserved seats a month in advance and rang a week before the return trip, yet the person who I was traveling with and I had to fly 20 rows apart. They refused to help much at all. The best they could offer was being in the same cabin. I was very aggrieved by this. The only good things I can say about this airline are that the flights were on time, and the food was satisfactory. If you can get a comparable price, fly with Qantas to Buenos Aires via Chile. |
