After reading several reports on this airline, many of which were not very good, I am pleased to report that I was very impressed with Britannia. The flight departed 1/2 hour late due to a passenger bumping her head and the airline wanted to check to make sure she was OK before flying. The crew were extremely friendly and very helpful. The pilot kept us informed throughout the flight of our whereabouts at the time, which I always find very interesting. The interior of the plane was fairly new and quite comfortable for economy. The food was of a reasonable standard, no complaints there. The return flight left 1/2 hour late again owing to the fact that there were not enough meals onboard, so they had to wait for these to be received before we could take off. Again the crew were friendly and helpful.

We paid an extremely good fare for this flight and considering this I had no complaints whatsoever about Britannia and would definitely fly with them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends.
