Taken June 2005 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Athens (Athinai) (Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport) - ATH

This was my first time on Olympic - but I did not have high hopes; their branding is not particularly strong.

Despite an almost full flight, and bear in mind we were also leaving from Heathrow!, we departed early. The boarding was really quite proficient.

On this flight they used a 737-400. Fortunately the leg room was good (I am tall!) although with a small child the in-flight entertainment was somewhat lacking, particularly given it was a 3 hour plus flight.

In flight service was business-like. Not too many smiles! Food was the usual fayre, but at least hot.

Overall impression - "business like" but without any distinguishing features that would recommend me to fly again.
