Flight times were changed last minute outbound & inbound. Spent half hour on ground at Luxor on return whilst the pilot argued with ground staff about how many people were aboard. The same in-flight movies on both outbound & return flights. We had to stop off at Gatwick on both legs of our journey which we did not find out about until arrival at airport. Comfort of seating was very bad, seats felt like sitting on golf balls. Food was very poor. Virtually no duty-free items available on board. I would definately never fly with this airline ever again, their appalling service could have ruined what was a very special holiday for my wife and I.
