During our Nile Cruise, we took up an offer of a day trip to Abu Simbel. We had a DC 9-31 (SU-PBO) both ways. The service by the stewardesses was non-existent and it was worrying that there was no safety demo or safety card to look at. The aircraft was noisy, but there was plenty of legroom on board. The outbound flight was on time and the inbound flight was 15 minutes early, so timekeeping nor comfort were problematic. It was a bit on the expensive side though.
