Taken August 2005 from Leeds/Bradford - LBA to Arrecife, Canary Islands (Lanzarote) - ACE

We booked a package holiday and were given this flight. The outward flight took off on time, however the staff on the flight were very unfriendly and not very courteous. The meal was awful and seats very uncomfortable. I was spoken to in a very rude manner when my 4 year old daughter needed to use the toilet and one of the cabin crew had to step aside. We purchased the earphones for 3 euros, but then no in-flight entertainment was provided. The landing itself was rather eventful as we nearly overshot the runway and were all flung forward in our seats.

The flight home was even worse as we got to the airport at 5am for our 07.55 return flight to be informed that it had been rescheduled without prior notice to depart at 18.10. After waiting around all day we finally boarded the aircraft, which turned out to be run by a different company which were even worse. I would rather not travel again than fly with this airline.
