Air Europa sent us the tickets and the flights were paid for more than 3 months before the trip. When we called to confirm the flights about ten days before our trip they told us that the Friday flight had been moved to the Thursday and that we had been bumped from the return flight to another three days later because we had not confirmed the flight! We pointed out that we had paid for the flight and been sent the tickets and that at no point were we told that further confirmation was required. They refused to put us back on the original return flight. I asked when they were going to inform us of these changes and why we had not been informed already, but received no reply. I believe that we would never have been told and that we would have turned up at JFK on the Friday to be told the flight was the previous day and left stranded. We have been promised a full refund, but it will not persuade me to use Air Europa again! | ||
