Good service as you would expect from a cut-price airline. The outward journey was hassle-free.

The inbound flight was rather more eventful. The British Airways bus from Rome Central Station was an hour late and so all bus passengers were late for the flight. I like to relax with a drink or two prior to the flight and this was just not possible. Apart from this I would recommend British Airways Go.
