Excellent flights and service from a good,

professsional low fares airline.

My wife is a extremly nervous flyer and although the ground staff did little to help, the cabin crew on board were outstanding. The young lad, Gary, helped to ease my wife before take-off explaining what will happen and what noises she will hear. After take off it was rather bumpy and he came down to my wife and reassured her we would be levelling out soon and that it would get smoother, trying to comfort her. He really was outstanding and moved both of us to the front so that it would be smoother and sat with my wife for landing. I felt this young guy went above and beyond the call of duty for us.

I gave poor marks for 'flight on time' as we were delayed nearly four hours on the return due to fog in Guernsey, but we were kept well informed by flybe.

It is pleasing to see younger, newer crews, such as the ones we encountered with flybe, who are professional, polite and friendly with passengers. Just goes to show that its not always the older crews who are better.

Definatley recommend flybe for their service, crews and cheap fares.
