Taken June 2005 from Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands - PMI to Cork - ORK

Very poor airline, with only one Airbus A320 which appears to always be suffering from technical problems. Apparently the previous airline which operated the aircraft Monarch got rid of it because of this? All in flight delayed and when we boarded the aircraft the cabin crew had a very bad attitude saying well you get what you pay for etc. Wish this airline did not operate the charter flights from and to Ireland. Onboard service very poor and slow as well they have been dubbed in Ireland as Onejet due to their delays although some people have called them Nojet as the chances of their aircraft showing up are slim. Some fellow passengers said their outbound flights had been operated by a different airline as the Eirjet aircraft had failed to appear! Wish that Irish tour operators would not use this airline and return to using Spanair and Futura like they did in the past. In my opinion if your holiday is with this airline try and get an alternative airline as this airline if they can call themselves that are the poorest I have ever come across.
