Taken January 2005 from Shannon (Limerick) - SNN to Agadir (Al Massira) - AGA
I was one of the lucky people on this company's inaugural flight on Dec 23rd, for this I received a lovely leather wallet, but it really was the smallest most unrealistic redeeming thing they could have done. The flight was atrocious with one person being so scared of the way we landed in Cork, that they had to get off. Indeed no mention had been given to landing in Cork and many people were really angered by this. The remaining travellers were treated to a show of arrogance by the staff. Although we were held up for four hours (approximately, as I write this historically) no mention of a drink was offered free. No water was available on the plane and the staff were quite thick when I suggested that a drink for all might be advisable. Eirjet should remember that the customer is their primary focus, then the profit will follow. Even small companies like Aer Arann always realised this. Can someone explain this to this company before they waste their money on more planes. |
