Taken March 2001 from London Heathrow to Chicago O'Hare

I was highly impressed with United airlines courteousneess towards their passengers. The service was excellent. I felt very comfortable, and had plenty of leg room in economy class, unlike my flight to London on another carrier. I was also impressed by the TV screens in the back of every seat. It made the trip even more pleasureable.

My connecting flight on United was cancelled, but they were very helpful and already had other flight arrangements made before I could get off the plane.

I would definitely recommend United to others and plan to fly with them again in the future.
