Taken June 2005 from Santiago de Chile - ULC to Auckland (International) - AKL

Don't fly with Lan Chile unless you are a midget. It has the worst legroom I have ever encountered. I am not a large person 5ft 8in 70 Kg, but I had to remove the magazines from the seat pocket in front to get my knees in. And that was before the passenger in front reclined the seat. The seat pitch is at least 4 inches less than on Qantas.

Food - the choice was rubber chicken or stodgy pasta.

In flight entertainment. On demand video would be good if the sound quality was adequate. Continuous crackling makes sytem useless.

Flight Attendants. All spoke adequate English. Did not see them for hours through the night.

This was a 13 hour flight. They need to try harder.
