God, what a flight from hell. The only good points was that it was a widebodied plane. However it looked as if it went out with the dinosaurs, aging, and the overhead lockers rattled profusely on take-off, landing and turbulance.

Cramped seats, unfriendly service, expensive drinks, poor entertainment, the food gave me food poisoning.

3 hour delay, although we were given a drink - courtesy of Manchester airport, not Monarch. And to think that for another £20 each we could have flown Britannia.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... EVEN WORSE THAN AIRTOURS.
