Excellent from start to finish!

Check-in at Manchester quick and efficient and seats allocated together.

About a 30min delay to the flight and a remote stand at Manchester meant coaching to the aircraft, but no big deal.

Very comfy seating on a very clean and fresh looking Boeing 767. If this is lo-cost then a few other airlines could learn a lot including certain "full fare" airlines.

All soft drinks are free and alcoholic ones are £2.50 each,, on major problem there. The Hot meal was excellent, light salad to start, cottage pie, dessert, mineral water, glass of wine x2 and coffee x2!! You don't see that on other full service carriers!

3 x drinks services another snack before landing consisting of a kit kat bar, turkey and cheese croissant and coffee x2.

Cabin crew were friendly chatty excellent! Well done Zoom will fly with you again very soon and recommend you highly!
