Taken January 2005 from Bremen (Nieuenland) - BRE to Amsterdam (Schiphol) - AMS
Within 11 days I was effected 3 times by flight cancellation between Bremen/Germany and AMS or vice versa due to technical reasons. Ground staff was insufficient prepared and acted unprofessional. 2 times they offered bus transfers which takes more than 5 hours. instead of 50 min. flight. One time they told us that there is no spare plane at AMS Schiphol available for the whole evening! Fokker 50 or 70 are old and not reliable anymore and as long as the airplanes are not substituted by modern one's, I will avoid to travel by KLM Cityhopper. |
